I snapped this guy's picture when he approached my van about 3 miles east of Yuma. He had just tried to grab a pigeon but got only a few feathers.
He asked if he could trade them to me for a "Chaw of Tobaccy." I told him I had no "tobaccy" and to get the hell away from me.
He spit on my van and stumbled off into the desert muttering something about Teddy Roosevelt.
